The number three signifies that it is twisted with three strands. This is the finest thread in the range.

This thread is unwaxed, so is much more flexible than the cable linen thread. It can be used on sewing machines for shoemaking, leatherwork and jewellery. The colour range is the same as the waxed cable linen: see colour chart.
