Six table mats to cut out, each with two motifs: Notre Dame and the Paris crest, the Eiffel tower and National Assembly, the Arc de Triomphe and a Morris column, a bateau mouche and the Moulin Rouge, The Sacré Coeur and Concorde, and finally, Palais Garnier and the Bastille.
Each mat is framed with a blue and red border: the first three are predominantly red and the other three predominantly blue with the same motif.
This is a 200g/m2 cotton piqué. All you have to do is cut around the dotted line.
To line, you can use our patchwork-style percale cotton fabric, with the same motif as the borders.
Each finished mat measures 39 x 29cm.
You can embroider all or part of the motifs in the stitch of your choice. If you choose to embroider the motifs, we recommend our Calais cocoons in 6534 (red) and 6790 (blue) or our Retors du Nord floss in 2030 (red) and 2882 (sapphire).
See our large plaid with the same Monuments de Paris theme.
You can also use this fabric to make cushions.
See our collection of bias binding to go with our fabrics. We take great care with our photos and descriptions of fabrics. However, appreciation of colours remains subjective and the quality can vary from one screen to another.
