Cross stitch kit - Flower - Iris

This cross stitch kit contains all you need to embroider a beautiful iris derived from our spectacular Tinctorial Plants project in the Museums and Heritage Collection.
This flower with the latin name of Iris Germanica, exists in a variety of colours, but the violet ones were cultivated for dyeing.

Size of motif: 81 points wide by 200 points high.
When embroidered on 12 count/centimeter linen fabric the finished dimensions are 13.5 x 33.3cm.

This kit contains:

• 43 x 23cm 32 count embroidery linen, colour cyclamen ;
• 11 cards of Retors du Nord embroidery floss: 2004, 2006, 2008, 2012, 2013, 2039, 2302, 2350, 2445, and 2749;
• the full colour pattern chart printed on a large 42cm x 29cm sheet of paper;
• a Sajou “Créé par moi” label (Made by me).

Presented in a lovely Sajou cardboard re-usable box.
The single embroidery pattern chart is also available. Three other kits are also available: the poppy, the dahlia and the hollyhock, all being the same size to make a lovely collection.
