Sewing kit large tote bag - Josephine's roses at Malmaison castle

A very simple kit with two pieces of fabric to make a large shopping or beach bag.
The sturdy fabric is the same we use for our printed tea towels.

You can find all the explanations in our blog, Madame Sajou's Diary, with a cutting plan and detailed video to make the bag. Of course, this is just the base. There is nothing stopping you from using your own ideas…

Fabric: Pique 230 g/m², composed of 80% cotton and 20% polyester, for excellent absorption and quick drying.

Size of each swatch: 54 x 72 cm.
Large Sajou marking in blue on the bottom.

This kit also includes a spool of ecru polyester sewing thread.

Presented in a reusable Sajou cardboard box.

Finished tote bag dimensions: width 48 cm - height 42 cm - handle height 20 cm.

PS: Due to a last-minute manufacturing issue, the reverse side indicates 100% cotton. However, it is actually composed of 80% cotton and 20% polyester.
