We are offering the opportunity to acquire a unique and numbered piece of ready-made and mounted embroidery on the theme of the history of Maison Sajou, part of our Museum and Heritage Collection.
This work traces the history of Maison Sajou, from its creation by Jacques-Simon Sajou in the 19th century to its revival in 2005 by Frédérique Crestin-Billet, including the opening of the Sajou Paris boutique in 2014, which had to close during the Covid crisis.
On the right side of the embroidery, you will find references to the different locations of Maison Sajou, accompanied by a selection of iconic products from our universe: our famous embroidery scissors, thread cards, the celebrated Sajou albums, Retors du Nord embroidery thread, ribbons, Fil Au Chinois sewing thread, and more.
- Size of the cross-stitch motif: 57.3 x 57.5 cm (345 x 342 stitches)
This embroidery represents around 150 hours of work. - Size of the finished piece with fabric border: 76 x 76 cm.
- The embroidery is framed and lined with our Sajou Private Collection Scissors fabric and has light wadding.
