Pure cotton fabric red Chandernagor indienne by the meter
This fabric is what we call an indienne print. Originally coming from India, the name indienne has remained to designate all these exotic floral motifs. This one has small patterns in yellows and blue on a red background and we have named it Chandernagor, in memory of the trading posts from which all these wonderful fabrics were shipped in the 17th century.
This pattern will soon be available in cross-stitch patterns and kits, as part of a new series in the Museums and Heritage Collection.
100% percale cotton - Width of the fabric 150cm - 140g/m² - GOTS certified.
Vertical repeat pattern 10.9cm - Horizontal repeat pattern 11.5cm.
ATTENTION : this fabric is available on maximum 10m rolls. Take this into account if you need a large amount.
Printing techniques for fabrics are in constant evolution, with machines and inks changing rapidly. We cannot guarantee that the colours in stock at the moment are exactly the same as previous productions. Please bear this in mind if you are reordering.
