This fabric has a classic Kashmir motif in yellow, bright pink, green and myositis tones, all on a flamboyant red base. We have named it Andrinople after the historical Turkish city, famous for their red dye recipe, which was a jealously guarded secret. The colour eventually reached Europe in the 18th century where it proved highly successful in manufactories in Rouen and Nïmes, before making its way to Alsace, Manchester and Holland. A coordinate is also available with the central motif in a reduced repeat pattern, or combine it with a striped fabric.
100% percale cotton - Width of the fabric 150cm - 140g/m² - GOTS certified.
Vertical and horizontal repeat pattern 35cm.
ATTENTION : this fabric is available on maximum 10m rolls. Take this into account if you need a large amount.
