Classic high quality resistant 100% cotton thread.
It is made of three strands Egyptian cotton which is twisted, singed and mercerised.
The diametre of this thread is 0.37mm.
Length on spool: 400m.
Presented on ivory coloured plastic spools.
Size of spool: Ø 4cm – length 4.8cm.
The 96 colours of classic cotton thread are available on 100m spools and,ON ORDER, all colours of this thread are available on 1 000 m cones and on 5 000 m cones.
Out of 96 colours of classic cotton thread, 48 are available on 400 metre spools.
12 variegated colours were chosen from the Calais cocoons range.
A printed colour chart and a sample card containing the main Fil Au Chinois sewing threads are available.
This is the same quality as the cotton thread presented on the wooden spools.
As with all the products from Fil Au Chinois, the quality product is entirely MADE IN FRANCE.
