We were inspired by the Hankachis which all Japanese women have in their handbag or pocket: a small towel always ready for wiping hands as there are very few hand dryers or disposable hand towels in Japan. At a time when we are all more conscious about the importance of hand hygiene, we thought it would be a great idea to combine practicality with elegance, with an added touch of eco-friendliness.

Certified Oeko Tex class 1, bamboo viscose is a synthetic fibre made by dissolving cellulose found in bamboo (90% bamboo viscose and 10% polyester). Bamboo viscose is soft to touch and keeps its form even after multiple washes. It has antibacterial properties and is suitable for the most sensitive of skins.
