The silhouette of the Chenonceau Château is so easily recognisable that I couldn’t resist putting it in the large Museums and Heritage embroidery.
This cross stitch pattern chart is derived from the larger model. It reminds me of the architectural designs representing the evolution of the Château over time which can be found on the first floor in the Estampes Exhibition Room.
This full-colour pattern chart is printed on a large A3 sheet with all necessary explanations. It is presented folded in a Sajou folder.
Size of motif: 190 stitches wide by 101 stitches high. When embroidered on 12 count (per cm) linen, the finished project measures 31,7 x 16.8cm.
We recommend using our slate coloured linen which is in keeping with the style of the château.
This design is also available as a complete kit. You will find everything to make a cushion backed with an Indienne fabric. Special letter tariff for this product.
