For the bicentenary of the death of Napoleon, why not embroider the life of the imperial couple? Napoleon and Josephine created an authentic style, an art of living, which can be found as much in the home furnishings of their different residences as in the lavish garments of the Empress Josephine, as well as the civil uniforms of the Imperial Household.
This cross stitch embroidery project is presented in large colour poster form measuring 68 x 80cm. On the back of the pattern chart you will find historical information as well as explanations for the embroidery. The poster is presented folded in a Sajou folder.
Size of motif: 345 stitches wide by 346 stitches high. When embroidered on 12 count linen, the finished projects measures 57.5 x 57.8cm. This embroidery represents around 295 hours of work.
