Cross stitch kit - François I lounge in Chenonceau castle - Museum and Heritage Collection
This is an interpretation in cross stitch of the motif covering the walls of the François I lounge on the ground floor of the Chenonceau Château. It is a reminder that the king was a frequent guest of Katherine Briçonnet who, with her husband, was at the origin of the construction of the edifice. Add a royal touch to your home with this cushion! This complete cross stitch kit is derived from the large Museums and Heritage pattern chart dedicated to the Chenonceau Château.
Size of motif: 185 stitches wide by 130 stitches high – Size of finished embroidery: 30.8 x 21.7cm. Size of finished cushion: 31 x 22cm.
