How to sew our Christmas tree kits

- Categories : Projects

With our little Christmas tree kits, you can sew this adorable 3D ornament, to suspend or put on your mantlepiece.

The fabric and pattern are in the kit, you will just need to buy the stuffing.

All that remains is to get started! We show you how in the video below.

Sewing the little fabric Christmas tree:

1 - Cut out the template, place identical fabrics right sides together and either trace around the template or sew directly around the shape.

2 - Leave a space open at the bottom as indicated. Cut all around leaving a 0.5cm seam allowance. Pink the angles and the curves.

3 - Turn right sides out and ease out the points with a knitting needle or pencil.

4 - Iron the 3 shapes flat, making sure the opening seams are folded inwards and fold the Sajou label in half.

5 - Place the three forms on top of each other and the Sajou label on top in the middle of the tree. Stitch as indicated down the middle catching the label in between.

6 - Generously stuff the tree packing it in tightly. The tree must be rigid enough to stand upright.

7 - Close the openings with a few hand stitches.

Seasons greetings!
