With this projects box, embellish our tote bag made from our Napoleon’s Indienne fabric.
This project uses straight stitch (also called long stitch) and leaf stitch, two basic stitches in traditional embroidery .
All the details are explained in our step-by-step video below.
The idea is not to embroider all the fabric, but just to pick out certain flowers and leaves to add a touch of volume.
The embroidery box contains:
- our Napoleon’s Indienne tote bag
- four cards of Tonkin embroidery floss: 1014,1016, 1020 and 1024
- a booklet of round-tipped embroidery needles
- a 15cm wooden embroidery hoop
In order to reduce excess packaging and offer you a great price, the products are presented in their shipping box.
Our embroidery boxes are proving extremely popular and are available in limited editions.
Once they are sold out, we propose a pack containing a fabric swatch and the necessary flosses.
