Basketweave tapestry chart poppy dahlia and carnation

This pattern chart is an adaptation of tapestry motifs in the Sajou vintage album N°301 for the poppy and dahlia, and N°302 for the carnation. The motifs are not easy to follow in the original impression: the colours are very hazy and there is no colour suggestion.

We recommend using our 7 count/cm monofil canvas. You will be using all four strands of thread.
You can make this model with Laine Saint-Pierre in the following colours: 116 x 5, 165, 218, 360, 380, 387, 450, 532, 735, 740 x 5, 802, 840, 845 and 878 – the colours 116 and 740 are used for the background.
Or you can use our Retors du Nord embroidery thread in the following colours: 2007, 2013, 2023, 2028, 2030, 2034, 2038, 2405, 2445, 2491, 2818, 2838 x 4, 2847 x 4 and 2876 – using the colours 2838 and 2847 for the background.
These motifs can also be embroidered in cross stitch.

This full-colour pattern chart is printed on A3 paper and presented in a Sajou folder.
