The n°332 Fil Au Chinois waxed cable linen thread is the thickest in the range, with a diametre of 0.77 mm. Each spool contains 50 grammes, about 133 metres of thread.

These threads are twisted while damp, which prevents the linen fibres from being altered during the process. Cabling or cording is the twisting of several already-twisted threads, which gives the thread exceptional strength and roundness.
